1: WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
We will try to ship orders the same day, when the order is placed & payed for before 4pm. In some cases this will have to be 1 day later, but always within 1-3 working days.
When you order on a Saturday or Sunday, delivery will be next Tuesday. For urgent orders or questions, please contact email@example.com, we will always try to help you the best we can!
2: HOW CAN I PAY?
In our web-shop, you can pay by credit card, Ideal or Paypal.
2: WHAT WILL MY DELIVERY COST?
We always try to keep delivery costs as low as possible. You will find the details at your checkout. An estimation:
|Standard up to 5kg||Postal package 10-20kg|
When ordering multiple products, your package will be heavier and bigger, and therefore shipping costs may be higher. The right shipping method and price will automatically be calculated for you when you place your web-shop order.
On orders above a certain amount we will not calculate shipping costs.
3: HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days after the original shipping date. Items returned must be unused and in perfect condition.

You can drop by our Six and Sons shop.
Please bring the product, the original receipt or webshop order confirmation.
The items and their condition are your responsibility, until the moment we receive them back at the store. We can’t refund damaged or used products.
We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 workdays for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Unfortunately we can not compensate your delivery costs. When the item is faulty or damaged returning is free, see below for instructions.
4: HOW ABOUT FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS?
Please check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number and the nature of the fault. After you’ve received confirmation, please send or bring the item back as described above under “how can i return an item?” Of course we will also refund the delivery costs you have to make to return the faulty/damaged item.
5: HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We can also handle exchanges for web-shop purchases.
Please return the item to us as described above under “how can i return an item?”, and we will send you a personal, one-time coupon code to use as a refund in our web-shop. Please make sure to send or bring the order receipt/number and the original product in unused and undamaged state.
