All sunglasses with TAC polarized maximum UV400 lenses - TAC (Triacetate Cellulose) lenses are a type of sun lens that is designed to be both lightweight and durable. They are made from a combination of high-grade polymers and cellulose acetate, which makes them one of the most advanced lens products on the market today - Customers are impressed with how much clearer they see wearing TAC lenses than ordinary lenses.

Joplins is a socially and environmentally conscious eco-sunglasses brand based in Lisbon, Portugal. Established in 2016, the company is committed to providing stylish and sustainable eyewear that is both eco-friendly and high-quality. 

Joplins uses only natural, FSC-certified reprocessed wood and bio acetate, sourced from wood pulp mixed with natural plasticizers, to create their frames. 
The frames are highly resistant, with a unique finish that distinguishes them from other eyewear brands. Each pair of sunglasses features 9 layers of polarized and scratch-resistant lenses, providing excellent protection for the eyes. Customers can be assured of the quality of the product, as Joplins offers a 2-year guarantee.
What sets Joplins apart from other eyewear brands is its dedication to sustainability and social responsibility. For every pair of sunglasses sold, the company plants 3 trees, supports local communities in projects around Africa, and removes 1kg of plastic in projects around Indonesia and Brazil through partnerships with the Plastic Bank, the Eden Reforestation Projects and the Trees for the Future.
