How to use

Sage smudging is a traditional Native American practice that involves burning dried sage leaves and using the smoke to cleanse a space or person of negative energy. To use sage for smudging, you will need a bundle of dried sage leaves, a lighter or matches, and a fireproof container like a smudge bowl.

1. Light the sage bundle and let it burn for a few seconds before blowing out the flame. 2. Use a feather or your hand to fan the smoke around the space or person you wish to cleanse.
