A Cacao Ceremony to open your heart, sharing circle and meditation.

22 EUR per person (1 x cup of pure cacao included in the price)
In this workshop, you will learn a little about the sacredness of the Cacao Elemental Spirit, as well as basic practices of the ceremony for connecting with the Cacao Power accompanied by chakra meditation.
We’ll do a chakra meditation working through all the chakras, holding a container of love for whatever is coming up.

About Cacao: Cacao is a gentle and non-hallucinogenic form of plant medicine. She’s known as the grandmother spirit and heart medicine and lovingly points you to what you need to know at this moment. She opens up for a new depth of connection to yourself, to others and the world around you.

YOUR TEACHER & GUIDE:
Linnea Segerstedt
Linnea is a yoga teacher (RYT500), certified holistic health coach, pranic healer and cacao ceremony facilitator. As a nomadic soul, she speaks 5 languages and has lived and travelled more than 30 countries before settling down in Amsterdam. Linnea’s classes and ceremonies are a sacred space where everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience. Her offerings are characterised by joy and her intention is to gently guide you towards coming back home – to yourself, to love.
