Please bring the product, the original receipt or webshop order confirmation. The items and their condition are your responsibility, until the moment we receive them back at the store. We can’t refund damaged or used products. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 workdays for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Unfortunately we can not compensate your delivery costs.
What is kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented tea that has been consumed for thousands of years. It is thought to have originated in China, moving westward over the years. Kombucha is produced by fermenting sugared tea using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) or - as we like to call it - a "mother". During the fermentation process, most of the sugar is metabolized and transformed, leaving a slightly sweet and tart-tasting masterpiece.
What is fermentation?
Fermentation is the process in which a substance breaks down into a simpler substance. Microorganisms like yeast and bacteria usually play a role in the fermentation process, creating beer, wine, bread, kimchi, yogurt and other foods.

Our ingredients are transparent and simple, we don’t hide anything. We start by fermenting the kombucha, using green tea and our kombucha base, the SCOBY. When this is ready, we simply add natural fruit juices and alcohol to complete our masterpiece. No added sugar, no sweeteners, no fancy T&Cs – just clear and clean ingredients.
