We can’t refund damaged or used products. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 workdays for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Pala's mission is to create high quality, sustainable eyewear that minimises impact on the planet and maximises impact on people. Founded on a desire to help tackle the huge problem of lack of access to eyecare around the world, Pala partnered with Vision Aid Overseas to work on providing grant funding to their projects across Africa.
