Tumbaga is an alloy that contains copper and zinc, will not fade over time and it is an affordable alternative to gold. You can expect some tarnish with time when exposed to air and moisture but can be cleaned in the same way as sterling silver. Place some metal cream polisher on the metal part of the jewel and polish with a cloth .
"I am from Colombia, living in Greece for many years. I had the idea of starting my jewelry business because my Greek friends and relatives were admiring the jewelry that I was wearing which was brought from Latin America. Since I love designing and creating my own collection, I started giving some color to my silver designs adding tagua nut and acai beads. The response was quite positive from my clients, therefore I kept this colorful style in the brass and tumbaga collections. I thank retail and wholesale customers from all over the world. I hope you enjoy my work."
