Award-winning chocolate: Silver - Gold International Chocolate Awards 2019
Ingredients: Organic cacao beans, (cocoa solids 100%)
The Arhuaco people grow these amazing cacao, they are the traditional people of the Sierra Nevada in Colombia. Their living, religion and farming is completely in-tune with Mother Earth. We at CocoCaravan didn’t want to distort any of that great energy that they put in to this cacao and thought it best to keep it at 100%, no sugars, no infusions, just pure chocolate.
The simplify of the recipe and our craftsmanship bring the flavours of these sacred beans to it right in this bar of chocolate. This chocolate bar picked up a Golden Medal in the International Chocolate Awards in 2019.
Crafted with passion. We work with single estate raw cacao and stone ground the beans for at least 16 hours.
Coco Caravan chocolate making was born from a moment of clarity. The company started as Chocolates by Jacques in Australia and moved to Cardiff, Wales in 2013, where he started Coco Caravan. After two successful years in Cardiff the brand decided to move to the heart of the Cotswolds in Stroud. Their approach to life and products is focused around care for a healthy environment, anthroposophical education and holistic wellbeing. Waldorf Steiner education is very much inline with this approach and our children would have access to that education here in Stroud.
Today's chocolate has become so far removed from the real thing that we wanted to make something the way it is meant to be: Raw and Pure.
A taste sensation wrapped in a chocolate bar, enjoy...
