Grown deep in the jungle of Guatemala, Lachuá is without a doubt one of the most remote and environmentally pristine origins we source from. Lachuá’s unique environmental conservation efforts and well rounded flavor profile have made this cacao a popular choice for makers around the globe.
Coco Caravan chocolate making was born from a moment of clarity. The company started as Chocolates by Jacques in Australia and moved to Cardiff, Wales in 2013, where it started Coco Caravan. After two successful years in Cardiff the brand decided to move to the heart of the Cotswolds in Stroud. Their approach to life and products is focused around care for a healthy environment, anthroposophical education and holistic wellbeing. Waldorf Steiner education is very much inline with this approach and our children would have access to that education here in Stroud.
Today's chocolate has become so far removed from the real thing that we wanted to make something the way it is meant to be: Raw and Pure.
